Joe Abrego in particular was great to work with—every interaction I had with him was authentic and I felt like he truly cared about my experience. We were going back and forth a bit about the price and the sales manager Nery Valladares went above and beyond to take ownership of what I was looking for and do right by me. From my first email with Nery, to the financing office, to driving away my whole experience was great and one of the best I have ever had at a car dealership.
